Important Summer Dates
- November 20, 2023 — Online Application Opens
- December 2023 – March 2024 — Interviews
- March 15, 2024 — Application Deadline (We will still accept applications until positions are filled)
- April 28, 2024 — Spring Crew Arrival / Start Date
- May 17-20, 2024 — May Long Orientation Weekend *Mandatory for All Staff*
- June 24-28, 2024 — Orientation Week! *Mandatory for all Staff*
- June 29, 2024 — Start of Family Camp at Fair Havens!
Important Internship Dates
- July – August 2024 — Interviews for Fall Term
- November – December 2024 — Interviews for Winter Term
- APPLICATION DEADLINE — Applications will remain open until all available positions are filled.
- September 8, 2024 — Fall Term Arrival / Start Date
- December 17, 2024 — Internship Winter Break Begins (This could change dependent on needs in department)
- January 2025 (TBD) — Winter Term Arrival / Start Date (Dates will be announced by Stepping Stones Director for confirmation)
- April 20, 2025 — End of Internship
Things you need to Know
- Applications submitted earlier will be given priority.
- Interviews are arranged by email and may be conducted in person, online or by phone.
- All staff 18+ are required to have a current Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record check (dated 2022 if a returning staff or dated 2023 if new).
