Important Summer Dates
- December 1, 2025 — Online Application Opens
- December 2025 – March 2026 — Interviews Begin (Coordinator & CORE Applicants will take priority)
- March 20, 2026 — Application Deadline (We will still accept applications until positions are filled)
- April 1, 2026 — All Contracts Issued (Coordinator & CORE contracts issued mid-late Februrary)
- May 3, 2026 — Spring Crew Arrival / Start Date
- May 22-25, 2026 — May Long Orientation Weekend * Mandatory for all staff
- June 28 – July 3, 2026 — Orientation Week! * Mandatory for all staff
- July 4, 2026 — Start of Summer Family Camp at Fair Havens!
- August 22, 2026 — SIT’s Contract Ends (may stay till the end of summer if desired and invited)
- September 5, 2026 — End of Summer Family Camp at Fair Havens, STAND – COORD Contract Ends
Important Internship Dates
- June 23, 2025 — Online Application Opens
- July – August 2025 — Interview Dates (Applicants will be contacted through email)
- September 7, 2025 — Fall Internship Arrival / Start Date
- December 16, 2025 — Internship Christmas Break Begins (Date may be earlier depending on needs in department)
- Early January 2025 (TBD) — Winter Term Arrival / Start Date (Date may change based on Internship)
- April 19, 2026 — Internship Term End
Things you need to Know
- Applications submitted earlier will be given priority.
- Interviews are arranged by email and may be conducted in person, online or by phone.
- All staff 18+ are required to have a current Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record check (dated 2024 if a returning staff or dated 2025 if new).
