The vision is to partner effectively with the local church bodies to accomplish the purpose.

The objective of this program is to enroll around 135 youth (ages 14-25) annually into an effective discipleship and servant training program, providing, as a by-product, quality servants to fulfill the seasonal staffing needs of Fair Glen Youth Camp and Fair Havens Bible Conference.
