For Me? - stepping stones - Youth Discipleship and Servant Leadership Training Program

is for young men and women who have a sense that God has selected them to make a difference for His Kingdom here on earth and who are willing to serve His Kingdom no matter the cost! Successful applicants will understand that godly leadership and service does not come easily but is the result of prayer, humility and a lot of hard work.

The application and selection process for enrollment into the program seeks to identify those individuals who have the potential to become great servant leaders for the glory of God's Kingdom. This program is not for those who just want a summer job or be with their friends to play at a resort. It is for those who are serious about intentional growth and are willing to work hard at it! Be sure you demonstrate the following attributes before applying to this program. If the following describes you then you should apply in all confidence.

You understand that there is one Creator God who, out of love, created mankind to be in fellowship with Him. You also understand that the fall of man (sin) broke the intended relationship with God that we were created for.
The joy of knowing that God has provided a plan of bringing us back to Himself (redemption) has become real to you as you have accepted the work of Jesus Christ dying on the cross for your own salvation.
You are serious about growing close to God and serving Him because you love Him and out of gratitude for His love to you.
You are also serious about developing a lifestyle of holiness and humble service to others because of your love for God, and contributing in your area(s) of giftedness in the local church environment.
Understanding that hard work (study, prayer, service work, etc.), being submissive to Godly leadership and teaching as well as peer accountability are some of the processes that will help you grow as a 'friend and servant of God', you are willing to commit to allowing these shaping tools transform you into the potential that God has created you for.
You are willing to be part of a team effort, putting others before yourself.

Our selection of candidates is also based on you having a particular skill set or potential skill set that fits into our training and service program. You won't know this until you apply and let us know what you can do!
