Introduction
offers a number of programs aimed at youth at a variety of ages and stages in life.
The Summer Program is the largest program and is aimed at High School and University students looking
for a summer experience that will strengthen their walk with God and provide them will valuable work
and community experiences.
ChIP (Christian Character in Progress)
This three week servant leadership and discipleship experience focuses on helping 14/15 year olds be
more like Christ and showing them how they can help others with the gifts God has given them. This
program is a bridge between being a camper and future staff member. The majority of time is in
structured sessions and group activities, all designed to promote a healthy and Godly life. The ChIPs
will go on a 3 day long out trips to challenge them, teach them and bring the group closer together.
NEW for 2008 the Internship is an opportunity for high school grads to spend one year with Fair Havens
Ministries. During this time they will work with the staff and learn many aspects of Camp, Conference
and Outdoor Education ministries. The experience will also include a cross-cultural missions experience,
bible studies, skill development sessions. At the moment we are only able to accept male applicants at
this time.
